Making a difference

BlackJack Foundation

The BlackJack Foundation was established in 2021 with a desire to support those in need. Our primary aim is to support the wonderful work of Dr Matt Dun, whose world leading research into DMG / DIPG aims to develop a treatment regime to improve the lives of the children who are impacted by this insidious disease.

“Sadly, children diagnosed with diffuse midline glioma, on average, live less than a year after their diagnosis. Currently we lack an effective treatment like those developed for other high-risk cancers,” Professor Dun.

If you would like to learn more about the cutting edge work of Matt and his team, more information can be found at https://rundipg.org/dun-lab/
